ON Semiconductor CAT4201 High Efficiency LED Driver

The ON Semiconductor CAT4201 350mA high efficiency step down 7 LED driver contains a patented switching control algorithm that allows highly efficient and accurate LED current regulation. The ON Semiconductor CAT4201 includes a single RSET that sets the full scale LED string current up to 350 mA from supplies as high as 36V. This ON Semiconductor high efficiency LED driver features low internal power dissipation that allows the device to be housed in a tiny package without the need for dedicated heat sinking. The device is ideal for 12V and 24V lighting systems, automotive and aircraft lighting, general lighting, and high brightness 350mA LEDs. In addition to the CAT4201, ON Semiconductor has a variety of high performance LED drivers, including the CAT4101, CAT4103, CAT4109, and CAT3224.
